Review: it binds soo well and it's pretty high quality for shein. you can adjust how tight you want it to be on teh side. if you have sensory issues then it might not be the best cause its really bugging. but apart from that it makes me completely flat. and remember to bind safely y'all!! don't bind for more than 8 hours in a row, don't bind when you're asleep, dotn exercise with a binder on, if it starts hurting take it off, dotn wear it right after a shower, and wash it by hand.
