Review: i love these.I'm very lazy and I don't like to take off my earrings at night so I prefer those that don't poke but now I can wear all those pairs of earrings I never wear. they are small silicone balls. I have been wearing them for a couple of nights now, didn't feel anything. 20 pcs are more than enough. they are't very very small, but you can't see them behind the ear.
