Review: I’ve ordered from Shein multiple times over the past few years, so I feel like I can give a pretty honest and balanced review based on real experience rather than just one order. First, the prices are obviously the biggest reason people shop at Shein. The clothes are extremely affordable, especially compared to high-street brands, and it’s hard to ignore how much you can get for your money. For basics, trend-led items, holiday outfits, or things you don’t plan to wear long-term, Shein can be very tempting. Quality-wise, it’s very hit and miss. Some items have genuinely surprised me — decent fabric, good stitching, and they’ve lasted through multiple washes. Other items, however, feel very thin, slightly cheap, or look different in person compared to the photos. I’ve learned that reading reviews with photos is absolutely essential. If an item has lots of reviews with real pictures and sizing feedback, it’s usually a safer buy.
