Review: According to the tracking information, the package is still located in China. Furthermore, I contacted NovaPost, and they confirmed that the package never arrived in Moldova at all. Despite this, your system incorrectly states that it was delivered on August 28th. This is the second time I have faced this exact issue with your platform. The first time, my order never arrived and I was not refunded. I was really looking forward to receiving these items for my work, and this lack of responsibility is unacceptable. Other online platforms always resolve such issues or issue full refunds when a delivery fails, but your service completely fails to take responsibility. Due to these repeated bad experiences, I no longer wish to shop on your website, nor can I recommend it to anyone else. I request an immediate investigation into this matter and a full refund for my non-delivered order. I expect your prompt reply and a fair resolution to this issue.
