1. What is Klarna Paylater?
Klarna Paylater is a payment service allowing us to offer customers the ability to make purchases first and later pay for them, you get your goods first and pay after delivery. You have 30 days to pay for Pay Later purchases.
2. How do I use Klarna Paylater?
Just shop on SHEIN and check out as normal. At checkout page, choose Klarna Paylater as your payment method. You will be directed to the Klarna's page to input some information.
3. When I need to pay for my order about Klarna Paylater?
You should view and pay your invoice on Klarna. Usually our purchase with Klarna should always be delivered before you pay for it. If you haven't received your goods and want to postpone your invoice, please contact Klarna's customer service here or use the function in the Klarna app.
4. What should I do if I want to return some products?
Just follow our return policy. You can find it here:

If you have already paid the whole invoice do not worry, Klarna will refund to your account once we register your return. If you haven't paid for your invoice, the invoice will be cancelled or updated once we have got the refund package.
5. Where can I find payment details? When do I receive my invoice?
You will find your payment instructions in the email sent to you from Klarna shortly after the purchase. You can review your orders anytime by logging in to
https://www.klarna.com . The invoice is always sent by Klarna via email. And if you need your invoice again, just contact Klarna's customer service.
6. I deleted/lost my statement, how can I receive it again?
You can log in to klarna.com and see the details. You can also download the statement as a PDF.
7. What if I can't choose Klarna?
You may be refused by Klarna's risk center and can contact Klarna's customer service for help. To contact our customer service please provide your order number and failure screenshot of payment.
