Surprised that going up one size made it fit perfectly. And it is gorgeous on the cowel neck is perfect. The cut is just at the right length. The tie at the waist isn't loose.So it doesn't move around, you just tie at the back.It sinches, in I am so impressed with this dress perfect.I love it
