Review: Lovely skirt, very thin though. Don´t wear this on a windy day. I bought one for me and one as gift. See the color difference between the regular size and plus size. Upper one is regular size and down is the plus size. I´m wearing the regular size for the same skirt. It´s stitched at the bottom.
