All the little small changes u make cooking & shopping all adds up but more importantly than anything with these small changes you are learning new lifetime habits, which means when you get weight off u will know how to keep it off without it been a struggle as ur healthier way of cooking with lean meats, taking visible fats off & healthier shopping all become lifestyle changes
