Review: This dress has exceeded my expectations. It's true to the sizes given. It you want it to appear like it does in the picture you will need a petticoat. Also as the dress has been trough the post it will need a little iron/steam to smouth everything out. I am so pleased with the quality that I am using for my daughters holy communion
