Review: When you’re stressed with a lot of to-dos, feeling like you don’t have enough time and you’re becoming overwhelmed: think of those “balls” you’re juggling as glass OR plastic - the most important tasks are glass and will shatter if you drop them, but less important tasks are plastic and will “bounce”. Focus on not dropping the glass balls and let the bouncy ones go until you can pick them back up. 🏀 I heard that on a podcast and the visual has really stuck with me! I ask my teens when they’re stressed: is that plastic or glass?
