Review: I usually buy a size larger, but for these I chose the real size based on reviews, and it was a good decision. My foot is 23.5 to 24cm, and the CN 37 fit perfectly with thin 20 Den socks. But if you plan to wear warmer socks, then the CN 38 will be more suitable for autumn or winter.
