Review: it actually works so i'm happy with it, doesn't roll down when u sit down, i'm usually a size 8 or 10 (small or medium) with a waist of 75cm and i got an xs which fits perfectly. it's super stretchy so doesn't suffocate u. would defo recommend x (first pic is no waist trainer, second is on loosest setting, third is on tightest setting)
