They’re a good option for beginners or as a first pair of foot undies for lyrical or contemporary dance. They give enough grip and protection for the ball of the foot, but they’re not the most durable or supportive. If you’re dancing more seriously, I’d recommend going for brands like Bloch or Capezio later on – they just last longer and fit better. Still, these are a solid start if you’re looking for something affordable!
