Step 2: Use the hook to add bands. Slip the hook under the first band and put a band on the end. Pull the hook + band under the first band on the loom. Place both sides of the second band on the hook so it forms a U shape. Now you'll repeat the process over and over - adding a new band by pulling it through the loops of the old one with the hook. Step 3: Pull the bands through with the hook facing down so you don't snag the previous band, and always keep the hook facing up when inbetween adding bands - this will keep the U shape on the hook while you hunt for your next band.
