Review: Poor communication made the entire experience frustrating from the beginning. It was difficult to get clear information, and questions were not answered in a timely or helpful manner. Good customer service starts with effective communication, but unfortunately that was missing here. Another major issue was the pricing. The prices were much higher than expected and did not reflect the overall quality or value provided. In addition, the portion sizes were unnecessarily large. Although some customers may appreciate bigger portions, they felt excessive and resulted in unnecessary waste. More balanced portion sizes would improve the experience and make the pricing feel more reasonable. Overall, better communication, fairer prices, and more practical portion sizes would significantly improve the service. Until these issues are addressed, I cannot recommend this place based on my experience.
