Review: PARCEL STILL NOT FOUND - SHEIN WONT EVEN HELP ME. PAID USING CLEARPAY AND ALREADY MADE 2 of the 4 payments. Contacted SHEIN 3 times and only reason I got a reply today because I’ve raised a dispute with Clearpay. NOW SHEIN are saying they CANT LOOK INTO IT OR REFUND ME BECAUSE IVE RAISED A DISPUTE. shein are trying to get me to WITHDRAW AND DROP THE DISPUTE IVE RAISED AT THE CLEARPAY END CITING WONT DO ANYTHING UNTIL I DO THAT. It’s over £50’s worth of items in total and I’ve already paid 30 days worth and still NO ORDER OR HELP OFF SHEIN. SEEMS LIKE THEY HAVE ONLY RESPONDED TO ME THIS TIME BECAUSE CLEARPAY HAVE RAISED THE DISPUTE OVER FAILURE TO DELIVER GOODS WITH THEM.
