Review: You really need to find a better way to ship hats. This hat is supposed to be flat, the rim with no waves/marks. You shipped it tied up with a plastic around the side, making the rim crooked. I am trying to iron it out and leave it with weights for a few days to see if it helps. But judging by how it is, I really don’t think it will be as it is pictured. Disappointing

Review: It does not match the image, I believed it to be 58cm but it's 57cm. The hat was deformed when it arrived and the colour was wrong. I was expecting Burgundy as it showed in the picture but it was bright red which wasn't what I was looking for. I will keep and repair the item, but next time I would be very careful as to what I'm buying.
