I lost my old one a while ago and decided to get a new one- I got a small, because xs hurt me, and it fits and does the job perfectly!! note: please know that you should get a size that is bigger than your clothing or slightly bigger than your cup size(because it will hurt you), I wear xs (a cup) and s fit perfectly. and wear it responsibly!! (max 8 hours wearing then at leass 2-3 hours of rest)
