Review: This waist-trainer is really good quality- even better than most of the expensive waist-trainers! Take at least one size up as you normally do! I have flat belly but I have really wide wide hips and with this one I could really use one or two sizes up (do not be afraid to go up in sizes with this product- material is really tight and firm and its better to go two sizes up than buying it to small)
