Review: ive been using them for a while now and im very satisfied ! you dont need to size down, order your normal size (or maybe size up, bc mine arent covering the bottom of my breasts really well). the sticky lasted for like a month (i got sand on one of the pairs, bc we were taking photos on the beach) so if you dont sweat much i think that itll last even longer, anyway i already ordered another pair, bc im very satisfied. deffo recommend !!
