Review: Very useful and works well, which I was surprised with because it’s such a small little thing. You just have to mark the area u want to pierce (I recommend doing it with a marker) and then line the piercing sharp part to it and press. There is no spring so you have to manually press hard enough or else you’ll be left with the piercing going only half way through. So press hard and voila! It doesn’t hurt in the moment but it will sting for a few hours after as the ear gets used to it.
