Review: Works well. I just need to practise. Tips use some butter or margarine to grease the metal cone, use thin strips of dough, egg to act as a glue along the edge of pastry to act as a glue to stop the seam from separation finally glaze the pastry with egg to give the pastry cone a nice look.
