Review: Best thing I have ever bought. It is super easy to use, easy to clean and makes sushi making super quick. I use 2 nori sheets to make,as the ones I bout were small. stick nori together and place in mould. You place a layer of rice, press down in the middle to make a little tunnel place filling inside, put another layer of rice, pressing down to make compact, wrap nori over the top, then place top of mould on and press down. take top, and bottom layer off and use middle layer to guide knife to cut.
