Review: I use all types of these I am on the hunt for the perfect sculpture to fit my button nose. These are rather soft so don't separate my nose holes that much but it absolutely helps with the breathing. You must wash these after every use with soap and hot water and make sure you also line your nose with Vaseline or some sort of cream as it can dry out your nasal passages.
