Review: it comes with double tape quare little bits to stick them. you need to clean the surface before that. in case you never stick something like this my advice would be to have a straight line to guide you while you stick them so they are not too incredibly crooked. you can make small adjustments while you stick the hooks also. it says that it can hold around 200g but I wouldn't put too heavy stuff. only one of them fell and I was able to stick it back. also if you use it on a door, it will make some noise every time you open the door. you can you some foam tape to stop some of the noise.
