Review: I was struggling to find a harness that fit my chihuahua puppy, a vet recommended I try Shein. This actually fits him nicely. He can still pop his arm out of it but it’s no where near as bad as other harnesses I’ve bought. The only downside is that the material can make the dog sweat a little but it’s nothing major
