Review: Ok; this is pretty good for such a low cost. It’s a mat that you place your feet on and once the detachable unit has been charged (usb lead included) and clipped in place on the mat, electrical charges are released. You can change the rhythm (mode) of the pulses and the intensity (believe me, you need to start at level 1 🤣). My work means I’m on my feet all day for 11 hours (in heeled shoes 😳) and at the shift my feet are killing me. Using this mat brings relief and I can feel the pulses through my tired feel and calf muscles. Very much like a TENS machine I think it’s fantastic. I bought 2 so I can keep one at work to use during my break). Very lightweight and portable (it just rolls/folds up). Mine came with a remote control to change the intensity and mode but I just change these using the buttons on the mat’s unit.
