Made of high-density polyethylene, the fuel tank offers excellent resistance to aging, impacts, and corrosion. The dimensionally stable material remains reliable even with extended use and ensures sa fe fuel storage. For optimal longevity, it is recommended to avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. Depending on the model, the outboard fuel tank is equipped with an ergonomically shaped carrying handle or non-slip grooves on the bottom. This allows the tank to be easily transported from the dock to the boat and stored compactly under boat seats or in the storage compartment. The integrated fuel gauge allows for quick monitoring of the current fill level. Separate inlet and outlet openings prevent fuel spillage and protect against contamination. For added saf ety, it is recommended to fill the tank only to approximately 80% of its capacity.
