Review: great much better quality than I expected for the price and very happy as the kids will only wear a few times over summer then outgrow! exactly as pictured with neoprene (wetsuit material) upper and soft rubber sole. very light weight. the sizing is accurate for the upper size. my child is size 33 and there is room to grow in these so maybe they will fit next summer after all! if you find this helpful to make a decision on buying or not please like this comment
