Review: Hello, I ordered a pair of shoes, but this is what I received. The most disappointing part is that I specifically purchased them for an occasion on Saturday. I am very unhappy with this situation, as the incorrect item has caused me a lot of inconvenience and left me without the shoes I needed for the event. Please let me know how you intend to resolve this issue as soon as possible. I would appreciate either a replacement delivered promptly or a full refund. Thank you
