Review: I ordered these models to see what they would be like. They surprised me immensely, so I'm definitely ordering more. Just the right size for single-portion cakes. To be able to blend it nicely, bite it twice, and it's gone. Not too small, not too big. I tried them with a simple no-bake recipe (crushed cookies and butter below, a little mascarpone cream and fruit above), left them in the fridge overnight and removed them nicely from the models in the morning. First, I trimmed along the edge with a knife and slammed the bottom up. The removable bottom is a great remake.
