Review: the bag construction is actually fine, I like. BUT it says the customisation is EMBROIDERED but it's not. it's a cheap iron on transfer, that is damaged and peeling. But because it's customised, you can't have any option but to have to keep it.

Review: The personalised name is tiny compared to the image, and the bag is smaller. Doesn’t feel very good at all, like after 5 uses the bag would probably already be broken. Such a shame as the other reviews it looked good.
