Review: I am extremely disappointed with my experience with SHIEN. I ordered a backdrop for my bridal shower, but they sent me the completely wrong color. The color was totally different from what I expected and ordered. This was a very important event for me, and the backdrop ruined the entire look. My bridal shower was supposed to be a special and memorable day. I trusted this seller, but the product was nothing like what I wanted. They should be more careful with their orders and product details. Customers spend their money expecting to receive what they actually ordered. This mistake caused me a lot of stress and disappointment before my big day. I would not recommend this seller unless they improve their product accuracy and customer service😭
