Y a un article que je veux le faire retourner car est trop grand même que j'ai pris taille plus petite, j'avais des coupons de réductions je l'ai utilisé donc au lieu de prendre l'article de 67€ j'ai payé 39,82€ , et quand j'ai demandé de me faire un remboursement ils m'ont dit accuse que j'ai utilisé un coupon pour ma commande donc ils vont déduire le montant. Donc au lieu de me rembourser le 39€ ils vont me rembourser que 7,71€!!!! J'ai contacté le service client et je leur ai demandé de m'expliqué comment ils ont calculé mais y n'a pas de solution. J'ai décider de garder l'article même que je ne le voulu pas mieux de perdre 32€ !!! Et je ne suis pas de tout satisfaite 😏
