Review: Dear SHEIN Customer Support, I am a long-time, regular SHEIN customer, which is why this experience has been particularly very disappointing. The quality of the products did not meet my expectations. The material is significantly different from what was advertised, and the colors do not match the product images shown on your website. Unfortunately, this issue is consistent across both shipments—7 items from Package 1 and 5 items from Package 2. In total, all 12 products failed to meet the expected quality and appearance standards. As a result, I would like to return all 12 items and request a full refund. I received the order today and intend to ship all the products back tomorrow.Please provide the return instructions, explain your refund policy, and let me know how many days it will take for the refund to be processed and credited after you receive the returned items. I would appreciate an urgent response so I can complete the return as soon as possible.
