Review: OMG LOVVVVVE I got stopped by everyone on this dress. So much so I bought it twice!!! It looks just like the picture. I'm 4'11 36D, 28 waist, 42 hips and I got a medium and it fit perfect I bought a L and that fit also just a tad bit more room. So I would say it runs small considering the L wasn't too much more roomy.
