They are slightly enlarged,but that doesn't matter because the pajamas are comfortable and the material is very pleasant to sleep on. if you prefer tighter pajamas, you can order down one size, otherwise the sleeves and legs are a little longer, and the elastic is wide enough for a big tummy.
