Review: I love this skirt so much. I love wearing it and have received many compliments on it. You can dress it up or down easily. The only downside is that the elastic is pretty itchy and tight (26 inch waist). I would say it runs small because the elastic is so tight. It doesn't bother me, as long as I tuck my shirt in so I can't feel the elastic on my skin. I am 5'3 and it hits at my ankles. It is also unlined, which isn't a problem because the material isn't see through. I wear a slip with it anyway.
