Review: I could tell this was damaged before I opened it as the packaging was a mess. Clearly the box and protector have been stood on at some point in transit. I contacted Shein to return item, and asked if I could buy another but not have to pay postage again. They wouldn't do this no matter how many times I asked. I said it was unfair for me to have to pay again. Not only did I use my points and already paid for a damaged item, when I put it back in my cart the price increased by £5, I have no points left and would have to pay postage. As a person who orders regularly from Shein, I am very disappointed in their customer service.
