Review: Quite small like others have mentioned however there's an elastic panel on the side so it will still fit. I actually like that it fits a little smal because then I can wear it more easily as a second layer under my winter coat. I imagine it would also be nice for jogging. Although then you'd have to wash it which down is not really a washable material
