Review: Gahhh, I so wanted to make this dress work. It's objectively gorgeous but it also has no lining and is thin and transparent. I tried so many different underwear options (including seamless, and spanx-style and all the rest) but there's just really no way you're not going to get/see lines in the back (in the front it's mostly covered by the draping). However, if you don't mind the lines/bra and undies showing in the back, then it is lovely and gives great body.
