Review: Have to put the machine together yourself, isn’t the easiest but once you get the hang of it it’s fine. Other than that, machine is good, definitely feel it in your core when exercising, definitely worth the money seeing its way more expensive elsewhere

Review: The only downfall was no instructions but theirs step by step on you tube .. it took minutes to assemble an extremely happy with it so far I did 20 😂 on lowest bar Im in no rush but it’s easy an convenient in my personal time at home
