Review: Fab little thing, it’s not as stiff as I thought it would be, it moves with ease but if you keep up a constant rhythm you feel your leg muscles hurt after about 30 minutes so maybe an hour a day on it will do. I have to fight my kids to use it as even they like it and it helps burn off their energy before bed so really glad I bought this.

Review: DO NOT BUY the description is wrong states 3 levels of resistance there is 2 and there not resistable at all it also shows in the video the resistance is in the middle and looks really good ITS NOT there on the outside of the step its 2 metal round circles i have reached out to shien as this was a birthday present and it is misleading and false advitisement! you are not recieving what is in this video , i have asked for half the money back or we will just send it back absalute rubish not worth 30.00 never mind 67.00
