Review: I'm a UK 14 in skirts and the XL was a good fit. the elasticated waistband is not too tight and has plenty of give to accommodate different sizes. I prefer to turn the waistband in to hide it for a cleaner look. the material is very fine with a flocking textured patern. there is so much material the skirt is very full and flows beautifully.
