Review: its strong ,i have a severe neck pain issue im not sure if it helps or just makes it worse cause its strong like if the position is wrong it kinda hurts .it definitely does the job its value for money but i dont know if it will help you cause i dont feel it helped me. it doesnt replace human hands massage . im sure it depends on the person and problem and area but its strong .the heat thing is not so strong i cant feel it but it does warm up.i dont know if i should return it or not im confused .maybe it helps but i cant feel it ?idk .im still in pain and discomfort .muscles feel like rock
