Review: I'm a UK 14 in skirts, and the XL was a good fit. the elasticated waistband is not too tight and has plenty of give to accommodate different sizes. I prefer to turn the waistband in to hide it for a cleaner look. the skirt is 3 layers of lace-edged printed tulle with a built-in petticoat underneath. it has plenty of material for a nice flow.
