I've recently lost weight and found my usual 4xl too big now, so been replacing with 3xl, and these are still comfortable fitting at the bust, stomach & thighs, which are my bigger, problem areas. material as usual is perfect, wash great and if you have sensory issues, it will feel like you're wearing nothing!
