Review: not the best material and a bit stiff, no stretch, but very pretty and fits so nicely on the body, sexy and romantic in my opinion. I recommend your usual size, I usually wear size S in underwear and chose S, it fits a little tight since there is no stretch so it can cut into the skin a little and look bulky, but a size larger would not have looked good. You can't choose separate sizes for panties and bra, luckily I have S in both panties and bra but for someone who might have a larger bust and smaller butt or vice versa, the size can be problematic. It is understandable that you can't return underwear but if the size is wrong (which is probably very common when shopping on Shein) it's annoying, then you are allowed to keep it anyway. Anyway, you can't complain that much, for the price you pay you should still be satisfied and as with everything else you get what you pay for.
