Review: out of 3 black dresses, i like this the most, it is modest but hugs nicely thanks to ruching if thats the look. the skirt is long, but unfinished so might be good to hem this, i'm 5ft 4 and feel like it could do with an inch or 2 down to be at ankles (i prefer flats) but would be fine in heels.
