Review: I always place orders with Shein with little expectation as the items are so incredibly low cost, and I am always delighted when Delivered I have had some great dresses from here. However; was so disappointed with this dress on receipt. I bought for a dinner/dance evening that is coming up & this is not suitable at all. It is of a T-shirt material very comfortable don’t get me wrong, but the neck design appears in description as sparkly and detailed when it’s just a dull pattern. No bling as pictured. Such a good quality dress for the price but fooled by the pics
